Here are some tips to make grilling easier:
1. Only turn the meat once.
2. Try to not open the grill lid too much, you lose 25-50 degrees every time you do.
3. Divide your grill into two or three areas depending on what your grilling to minimize cross contamination. Try not to cook, hotdogs near raw chicken or beef.
4, When marinating meats, shake off marinades before placing on the grill to minimize losing eye brows.
